Sea Watch School Representative
Sea Watch is looking for volunteers to visit schools all over the country to present the Sea Watch “assembly pack”. This pack consists of a number of educational activities themed around cetaceans in the UK and their conservation and a short presentation about Sea Watch. The Sea Watch School Representative should have some experience of working with children, and should be entusistic about marine life and cetaceans in particular and preferably be CRB checked. The aim is to make the presentations as engaging and “hands-on” as possible for the children so we would like to encourage applications from people from all kinds of backgrounds (not necessarily scientific) who could bring their own flavour to the presentation (film, mucis, theatre, photography…).

If you are creative and enthusiastic and would like the challenge of volunteering alongside our communications team to develop contacts, articles and features which will also boost your own portfolio, please contact wendy.necar@seawatchfoundation.org.uk
If you can’t find an opportunity to match your skills but are still interested in becoming involved, why not send a brief description of yourself and how you would like to help Sea Watch to info@seawatchfoundation.org.uk
