Saturday 9th March – Cornwall WT – Seaquest Sea watching training – 10.00am – 1.00 pm
This training course will go above and beyond basic methods of sea surveying, with interactive videos, games and workshops to enable less experienced volunteers get the most of our sea surveys and how to spot our wonderful marine life. (cost: free)

This talk is being given by Jon Bramley (SWF Regional Coordinator) at the Tyland Barn, Maidstone, Kent.
Saturday 23rd March – Cetacean Surveying Training Day – 10.00am-16.00 – Swansea Yacht Club
The Marine Conservation Society and Sea Watch Foundation are joining forces to organise a day of training for volunteers in Swansea. We will start the day in the Swansea Yacht Club and in the afternoon, weather permitting, we will head out to a land watch site and put the morning’s lectures into practice.
