Since May the 23rd we have received daily sightings of a bottlenose dolphin observed between Portsmouth Harbour and Ryde, Isle of Wight. In addition dolphin sightings have been coming in from the Needles earlier in the month from Needles Lighthouse and further south of Isle of Wight.
A total of seven reports of separate sightings of killer whales have been reported since mid May from North East Scotland, including groups of up to 12 animals in Sinclair Bay, Caithness on 28th of May. These majestetic animals have been seen off John O’Groats, Berriedale, Dunne
