We be back up at John O'Groats for Orca Watch. With the help of volunteers, we aim to collect as much data as possible on the whales, dolphins and porpoises in the waters around Caithness and North Sutherland, Orkney and Shetland, over a ten-day period. As a part of Welsh Nature Week we will be hosting a Guided Dolphin Spotting Coastal Walk and Landwatch leaving from our New Quay base, travelling up the coastal path where we will stop for an hour to keep our eyes on the sea! You will be able to learn all about our local wildlife, with a focus on the iconic Cardigan Bay bottlenose dolphins, from our team of marine scientists. Children are welcome as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Dogs are also permitted but we do recommend that you check if it is going to be too warm for them, please also ensure that all dogs are kept on a lead.
