MEET THE TEAM

James Gittins describes himself as father, businessman and musician. He is passionate about conservation and protecting our beautiful planet for everything that lives on it and has a keen interest in the marine environment. He has over 20 years business sales and marketing experience and owns and manages Kyna Associates, a headhunting and change management consultancy providing people change and technology solutions for high impact organisations. In that time, he has built teams developing high profile technologies that are now used in our everyday lives. As a musician, he has had 10 tracks featured on BBC Introducing and stations, with playlists around the world, and is building a growing reputation, and following, in the music industry internationally.

He is delighted to have joined Sea Watch Foundation as a trustee and brings a wealth of brand, marketing, sales, relationship management, technology and commercial organisation skills. His mission is to help Sea Watch Foundation continue to grow and thrive, and to deliver their vitally important work to protect cetaceans and marine ecosystems.
